ive still not received my partial refund ,been 7 days.was charged 79.99 which left me in overdraft,spoje to aswin who said i could stay protected for 20 pounds uk and would receive refund of 59.99 which still not received ,now im wanting full refund and i will run with a free protection package ,amyone help witn this?
