Just bought AVG Family Safety - 'Invalid username or password' message

Will be seeking a refund straight away.  They should withdraw this product from sale if it doesn't work!

I bought AVG Family Safety a few hours ago, installed it onto my daughter's laptop successfully, but am repeatedly faced with an 'invalid username or password' message when logging in.

 

I can get into AVG's online system fine, but Family Safety isn;t working at all with the same credentials, even though I am DEFINTELY entering the email address and password correctly :(

 

Any suggestions?
