Just bought Internet security but wont activate

This seems to be a bug as recently most of the customers reported that they are unable to activate AVG. We have already escalated this issue to the concerned team and will get resolved soon.

Once the issue is resolved, you will be able to activate AVG.

so i have been using AVG free and i bought the internet security unlimited so i log out of the avg free and wait a few minutes and sign back in but it wont use my paid subscription its still using the free version.

I'm having the same issue. Purchased the "AVG TuneUp 1-year subscription, Unlimited device" but there's no option to "activate" in Help and it says my trial will expire in 29 days. Can you help?? See screenshot:

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. I can see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited on 2/18/2018. We are experiencing issues with activating the AVG TuneUp license which has been generated after 2/15. We are aware of this issue and our development team is working on a fix.
