Just got hacked

my bank account got hacked…charges from a moveitcentral.com which was used for a glamgym.com membership, why didnt this or my antivirus. i have almost all your products… why didnt it get flagged and notifiy me… i want to have an answer or i want a refund on all my products i have with you…

how do I send everything you need to know I am not putting it here and I just got an email telling me after I wrote and attached everything in reply to it that you could identify my email…? I am so confused and upset… please email me at a*************@aol.com telling me where i should send the informatiom you asked above
