Just installed AVG VPN. Cannot resolve any sites on my Windows 10

Hi, I just purchased and installed AVG VPN. Once it is activated, I cannot resolve any sites and cannot access any sites on my Windows 10 machine. I uninstalled and re-installed as administratoras was suggested on one of the previous posts to no avail. Please help.

I restarted the machine. Now it's working. I recommend to inform customer after installation is done, they need to restart the machines.
