no change - this is still not working. I have paid and have received nothing. Also I purchased this through the AVG app, I do not know whether that is through Digital River or not but that's how I purchased it. Why havn't I received anything! This is terrible service

I see that this order processed successfully, however, the new activation code is not yet generated. I suggest you to wait for 24 hours and then try to activate AVG PC TuneUp in your account. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.
I'm sorry about this Barry, but it may take some time to generate your license if you have purchased AVG programs from third party (like Digital River), you can try to activate your AVG Tuneup program after 24 hours or you ca contact us after 24 hours and we will help you to activate it.

I regret for the inconvenience. The order for AVG PC TuneUp was processed successfully and you can activate the same in your computer. Please click on the AVG PC TuneUp tab from the Zen interface and click on "Try for free". This will install the full paid version of AVG PC TuneUp in your computer. Please also try this steps. Open the AVG Zen interface and at the top right corner, you can either see your email address or connect option, please click on your email address and select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if the AVG program gets activated, if you still have any issue, please follow the below steps and get connected to the remote support.
I paid for this and got the confirmation email. But I can't login in the way it is suggesting I should.
"To activate, simply open it and log in using your AVG MyAccount email and password."
So I need to turn it off and log back in or something?
