Just paid in advance of due date ...now threats are not being dealt with..i am stuck with viruses

AVG has my £94-99…i have no virus protection and the viruses are staring at me…i have been paying for many years always on time automatically with Mastercard…2 days ago i was notified that mastercard was'nt activating…its actually no longer exists so i simply paid with another card…why can't i get rid of viruses??
