Hi, I thought that by paying an extra $19.99 for your express remote installation, it meant that you would remote into my computer and do whatever was necessary to install the AVG PC Tuneup license and also purchased a few  moments ago. All I get is installation fail errors that I have no idea what to do with. If you are not going to remote in and take care of this installation for me, please refund the money I just paid for you to do that very thing. Am also going to try to find another place on your site to request a refund. It seems that every year since 2013 there has been problems with installing your product. It's so frustrating.
