I understand your concern regarding this AVG purchase. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Internet Security unlimited valid till 6/23/2018. You can follow the below steps and check if the AVG Internet Security installed in your computer gets activated to pro version.
Please open the AVG Zen interface and at the top right corner, you can either see your email address or connect option, please click on your email address and select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if the AVG program gets activated, if you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.
So i just purchased the full internet security portion of AVG for the 50$ and i did not get an confirmation email and its still saying that im on my trial period. should i be worried and call customer support or is this just some kind of bug that will fix itself?
