Just ran my first scan and I have an issue

I've used AVG on several PC's in the past and never had a problem.  I was notified by McAfee that I had a virus, so I promptly installed AVG Free.  I'm done with the scan, but it found a Win64:Trojan-gen and it won't remove it.  I select it and click resolve, and it just unchecks the boxes.  Does anyone know why this is happening?  Thanks!

It could be possible that the threat is moved to quarantine. Please click Menu -> Quarantine to verify. Some threats need a PC restart to resolve completely.
