We request you to uninstall the AVG Antivirus app from your mobile device and reinstall it again and check if you could connect to the VPN.
Also uninstall if you have a standalone application for AVG Secure VPN.

I have just signed up to the 30% of vpn but cannot turn it on, when I try it just keeps taking me back to the offer page and tells me I already have it installed, I am on samsung android, how do I turn on? Do I have to wait till 21st of the month when my old subscription runs out?
