AVG Ultimate MultiDevice is a bundled package that includes AVG Internet Security, AVG TuneUp, AVG Secure VPN & AVG AntiTrack.
Since, Driver Updater isn't included in Ultimate MultiDevice, it seems to be notifying you about this. 
To ensure this, share us the screenshot of the notification that you receive.

I have AVG Ultimate (multi-device)  cover at £99.99 yet I keep get  reminders telling me I have so many drivers needing updates at yet another cost to me. Surely this service is in my Ultimate cost is it not?
