I bought a disc, 3 PC, 2 year subscription and installed it. I kept entering the Licence number but it wouldn't accept it. Now, I am being told I'm not fully protected.

Thank you for the screenshot. Along with the disc, you must have got an Sales number, you can check in the sleeve or inside the card for the Sales number. You need to enter that sales number to activate the AVG program installed in your computer.

I did, but unfortunately, when I go to enter that licence number, I get the message 'This Licence has already expired'. I don't understand how that can be, I paid for a 2 year product but it expired after only a month?
