Keep getting trial version

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG Internet Security activation. I request you to open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Enter license number. If you see your email address, then please click on logout button. After that you will be able to see Enter license number option.

I purchased the full protection internet security on the 28/12/2017 order no#1157****DR 
You sent me the email to confirm purchase and license number, and to download.
Which I did and it turned out to be a trial version I have uninstalled and installed this 3 times and still I'm getting the trial, you have sent me emails 2 times do I need help, and click on the link to download same problem again. I have been using internet security quite a number of years and never had a problem before.
