If you see your email address, then please click on logout button. After that you will be able to see Enter license number option.

You sent me the email to confirm purchase and license number, and to download.
Which I did and it turned out to be a trial version I have uninstalled and installed this 3 times and still I'm getting the trial, you have sent me emails 2 times do I need help, and click on the link to download same problem again. I have been using internet security quite a number of years and never had a problem before.
