In that page please change the status and startup type of avgidsagent.exe as started and automatic. If you are facing the same issue after changing the status and startup type. Then please use the link to remove the existing AVG program: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe and reinstall it with this link given: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download.prd-isc. Please use the setup file from the above link based on your OS Type(32 or 64 bit). Thank you.
