Hello,
I asked for a refund on 12/30/2006, but I solved the problem installing.
I don't want refund anymore and keep AVG product. 
What can I do?

I'm sorry, I'm beginner and I wrote the posts one before the other because I could understand how it works. Sorry for my english, this is the problem for me and it need patience like for the other non english customers.
