Notice states that AVG cannot check Email. It suggest method for allowing checking. I do not know response to some of the date required. The instructions also warn you that correct information is critical.

I have had the paid version for several years and have had no problem until Windows 10.
My Email ID has been pirated and is being used to send junk mail. Changing my password has not stopped reveiving rejected delivery notices. Time Warner solutions have not helped.

RCW1. I have had paid version for several years. Problem is recent. May be related to fact that my TWC Roadrunner ID has been Pirated and is being used for junk mailings.Some of rejected mail is in Chinese.
