Dear AVG Community
First i took a subcription to AVG. Then when i pressed the scan button i watched the scan results. Then it says i had 9 problems with my pc performance and i should take full subscription for 9 euro's. This is exactly the next step i did. I purchased the full subscription. Which includes AVG Tuneup. Now when i did a new scan. it showed me i had 9 perfomance problems but not only that it actually showed me which problems… So then when i pressed the fix all button i directs me to a payment screen again! even after i logged out and logged back in! i'm not sure what i am doing wrong? Anybody has any clue what i should do now?

2. Can you please confirm whether have you activated the subscription?
