Keeps asking for Web update after an update

My AVG Internet Security 2015 says "You are not fully protected.".
I open the GUI and see a red circle containing "Web update required."
I click on "update now."
Briefly it says "checking for updates ..."
Then I get "Update completed successfully."

HOWEVER, the AVG Internet Security still says "Web update required" within a red circle.
I have repeated the above procedure several (5 or 6) times, but the warning "You are not fully protected" remains.

How can I fix this?  Thanks.
