Keeps asking to purchase duplicate stuff

From your description, it seems that either there are few synchronization issues or the licenses not being activated.
Initially, we'd suggest you to ensure that all the AVG programs included in the Ultimate bundle is activated (Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - My subscriptions - check the programs list). 
If all the programs are active, then you can follow these steps to disable the notifications : Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - General - Personal privacy - uncheck options below 'Offers' & 'Personalization'.

I have a paid subscription for AVG Ultimate VIP (Multi-device).  I have One thing that bugs me a lot that would make me move to another product.  This I was told is basically everything.  Why on each product do I get offers to add more services?  For example in AVG Internet Security I get "Remove my data" which tries to get me to add $86/yr for BreachGuard.  I already have a key for that.  BreachGuard also works perfectly if I open the separate app.  Why try to trick us into buying duplicates of stuff our liscense already contains???
