Keeps running the free version even though I bought the PRO version

I understand how something like this can really try your patience.
Upon carefully reviewing your account, I see that you have AVG Performance in your account. Before installing AVG Zen in your pc we request you to uninstall all AVG product in your pc and then install AVG Performance your paid product will be installed. To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :
Please click on the below link to download remover tool
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I just bought the Performance PRO version, but can't seem to get to it. It is still running the free version and telling me I should buy the PRO version. Any ideas? What am I missing?
