Keeps saying I have an invalid product code

I purchased Avg Protection for all my devices and I am trying to install on one of my desktop computers and it keeps saying to please put in a valid code.  I am putting in the code in the case that says to use to activate product I have tried it in all capitals and even in lower case letters but still not taking it.  Getting frustrated been trying for two days. PLEASE HELP NOW!!!
