Keeps sending me to payment page, although I have a subscription

Hi,

I have the same problem. If I logged in with my windows PC it shows

Subscription status: Not Available  (i)

Clicking on (i): "Sorry your subscription status is currently unavailable, but it should appear here soon. Please check back later"

On my smartphone, where I have made an update of AVG Antivirus pro, it shows that no license is available and send me back to the cash site.

On my second smartphone, I cannot log in with my PW credentials, if I try to activate anti theft

I think they are making updates or have a problem on their data.

I have subscriptions to bvirus and tuneup, and the code shows in the program (i'm logged in with my account) but every time I try to use either system it just takes me back to the payment page, so I can't use any of the features.

It shows up in my subscriptions page, so it should be active.  But it've tried rebooting and it still just sends me to the payment page when I try to actually do anything.  Even the antivirus which I had earlier doesn't work.  And neither does the tune up that I just bought.  Very frustrating.  I think i signed up mulitiple times at this point, in an attempt to get it to work, but it says I'm activated but won't do anything after having me wait while it figures out what it wants to fix over and over again.
