Have you activated your paid subscription by logging into AVG Zen with your AVG MyAccount email address and password? Also please confirm whether it is on Internet Security or Tuneup component you see the lost service message? If it is on Tuneup, please ignore it as you did not pay for the Tuneup unlimited and your paid AVG Internet Security Unlimited does not included Tuneup.
