thanks for the translation.

i have take a look as in the answerlink above on the settings in avg 2017 antivirus free and ms live mail . but the secured ports seems to be right.

secured smtp ports: 465, 587
secured pop3: 995

i can not recieving and sending emails…only if i deactivate avg.

with the last update today (all updates from the last month) it seems to work fine with downloading emails from my accounts with ssl secured ports.

whatever it was, thanks for your help and updates :slight_smile:

Seit ich die AVG-Version von 2017 benutze, kann ich keine Emails mehr versenden oder herunterladen. Es funktioniert erst wieder, wenn ich den Virenscanner deaktiviere.

SSL ist aktiviert, die passenden gesicherten Ports sind auch eingetragen in der Rubrik "Fehlerbehebung -> Umleitungsregeln"


Ich benutze Windows Live Mail 2012 Build 16.4.3528.0331
AVG Antivirus Free v 17.4.3014

Mit der Version 2016 gab es dieses Problem nicht. Kann mir jemand sagen, wie das in Ordnung gebracht werden kann?

I am sorry to hear that. Please restart the computer and check if you are able to send or download emails. If the issue persists, then please remove and reinstall AVG (http://avgclick.me/howtoreinstallAVG) completely and check if that fix the issue.

Hello community,
Since I use the AVG version of 2017, I can no longer send or download emails. It does not work again until I disable the virus scanner.
