AVG Support via community forum is available only in English. For a translation, for example you can use https://translate.google.com

From the description, please check if old version of AVG TuneUp and other tuneup programs are installed on your PC.

Also, share us the screenshot of the message to check further.

Um die Installation abzuschließen, deinstallieren Sie AVG PV TuneUp

 

Nach Klick auf Deinsallieren geht die Schleife wie oben beschrieben weiter .....

 

Sehr ärgerlich.
