Key not received

I just tried to buy a two-year subsciption toPCTuneUp online. I put in my details, selected PayPal, made the payment, and then at the point where I would expect to either be shown the key or else see a message saying the key was being emailed to me, I got a "Checkout process error" message. I did get an email from PayPal saying the payment had gone through though.
So I used the 'chat' option, and spoke to a guy who first said the payment hadn't been received, and then when I gave him the text of the email from paypal, told me to wait 24 hours for the email to come through and if it didn't they would investigate. But I've gone into 'MyAccount' and there's no record of me buying a subscription, so I doubt the email will come through... unless there's some lag when buying online? 
I feel like I just wasted 10 minutes chatting to someone who clearly couldn't or wouldn't help, and I don't want to wait another 24 hours before I can convince someone to look into this! I've paid my money, I can prove it, I just want a key - doesn't seem like too much to ask?
