Barbara, AVG PC TuneUp does not display the Product Key. You can retrieve the Product Key using the License retrieval form (http://www.avg.com/lost).

Thank you for your quick reply.  I have attempted to use the form at least three times.  Each time I get a message that my Product key has been successfully sent to my e-mail address.  However, I can't find it in my primary e-mail, spam or trash.  Is there a next step I can try?

I have not been able to install AVG PC tune-up since I purchased it.  I have asked several times for the key or license number but it has never been successfully sent.  I bought it I want to install or any get a refund.  Would you please send the correct number so I can install???
