I tried both of those but it hasn't made a difference it still says Invalid key

I have a problem with activating my AVG PC Tuneup which I bought 2 days ago. The licence key when I enter it on the register  says this key is invalid and will not go past that first page. I have asked to retrieve the code and it is the same one and will not activate the product. How do I fix this>

Please help me if you can
