Hi, Kishore. I tried what you sent but was unsuccessful. I tried it also on my laptop with similar results. I notice that the expiration date(s) were being updated to 2017, but both PCs still show 2015. Do you think the techs having a connection interruption could have messed things Up? Maybe it would be better to start from scratch, what do you think?
