Jeg har i august 2019 købt et antivirus produkt fra AVG, Danmark, men har aldrig modtaget dette. Nu finder jeg ud af, at mine penge er indbetalt til DRI AVG Technogies, Irland. Det drejer sig om dkr 119,-.
det er mig helt umuligt, at finde en email adr til firmaet, så jeg kan dokumentere min overførsel, som fra start af skulle have været indbetalt til AVG, Danmark.
Jeg ønsker mine penge retur…og hvor kan jeg komme direkte i kontakt med acount afdelingen.
