Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the name of AVG program and the version installed on your PC?
Is it a free, trial or paid version?
Could you please update your AVG program once and perform a complete scan of your PC?

I think I have been infected by the koobface trojan and victim of the koobface scam. What do I do? My AVG antivirus program did not alert me to the trojan infection.
