Koobface worm on my network

Michael, For removal info have you 'googled' remove koobface worm?.. 
No AV product is capable of providing you with 100% protection although AVG are always working 24/7.

Hello.  I called 888 361-3731 (Gmail support - I think)  and the employee took control of my computer remotely and told me (I saw the name koobace on the bottom of the scan) that I had the koobface worm. I am attempting to switch from Yahoo mail to Gmail and had a problem getting one of my email addresses to switch over.  I update and run the AVG scans every week or 2.  Any chance I actually have this worm, and if so how would I get rid of it.  Thanks, Mike.
