Thanks Alan! I didn't know that having two anti-virus programs on my computer wasn't a good thing. I cannot seem to find anything on my computers re: this Koobface thing, and some of my issues on my Mac are related to my upgrading to Yosemite, so I believe that all is well. Thanks for your help; it's very much appreciated!

I just bought a Dell computer and had difficulty loading Windows on it. When called helpdesk for assistance they said that my "network/wifi" was infected with this and that they could not load Windows until it was deleted. They tried to sell me a MS product, eventhough I told them that I had AVG? How do I get rid of this Koobface thing?
