Dear Sir or Madam,
I feel betrayed by you! No request of mine have en you answered. And I also can not find a way to communicate with you in German language.
Since your software has never been iunstalliert correctly on my PC, I have deleted altogether. I will no longer have relations with you. Unless a subscription is, I am announcing this herewith.

ich fühle mich von Ihnen betrogen! Keine Anfrage von mir hab en Sie beantwortet. Und ich finde auch keine Möglichkeit, mit Ihnen in Deutscher Sprache zu kommunizieren.
Da Ihre Software nie richtig auf meinem PC iunstalliert wurde, habe ich sie gänzlich gelöscht. Ich will keinerlei Beziehungen mehr zu Ihnen haben. Soweit ein Abonnement besteht, kündige ich dieses hiermit.
