I want to cancel the auto renewal and the whole subscription for I do not want tu use this product and therefore terminate.
Please give me an confirmation.

Ich möchte das Produkt nicht mehr nutzen und deshalb kündigen. Der im aktuellen Anschreiben erwähnte Link zur Kündigung ist nicht vorhanden. Telefonisch sind Sie auch nicht zu erreichen: 30 Minuten Warteschleife ohne Ansage ist ein unhaltbarer Zustand.
Ich bitte umgehen um Bestätigung meiner Kündigung und um eine Stellungnahme: Sie wollen doch durch diese Beschwernis nicht etwa eine Kündigung verhindern  ??!
