Al jaren gebruik ik AVG en nu krijg ik een aanbod voor een nieuwe versie. Die heb ik inmiddels besteld en getracht te installeren. Na het downloaden heb ik op installatie geklikt waarna ik de mededeling krijg:
"PC Tune Up gedetecteerd. Om AVG free te installeren, moet u eerst de betaalde versie van PC Tune Up dëinstalleren. Als u uw betaalde bescherming dëinstalleert verliest u alle betaalde functies.
Klantenondersteuning als het probleem zich blijft voordoen voor meer info.
Ik wil "free" niet installeren alleen mijn net betaalde versie van AVG Pro? installeren !!!
Uw hulp zie ik gaarne tegemoet.

For years, I use AVG and now I get an offer for a new version. Which I have now ordered and attempted to install. After downloading, I clicked after installation I get the message:
"PC Tune Up detected. In order to install AVG free, you need the paid version of PC Tune Up Uninstall. If you uninstall your paid protection you lose all paid positions.
Customer Support if the problem persists for more info.
I want "free" not only install my network paid version of AVG Pro? Installing !!!

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We would suggest you to perform a re-installation of your AVG Performance PRO program. Click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run your AVG remover tool which clears all the traces of AVG, once the tool is run, your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C: and remove it. Now, go to this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Performance_803.exe and download your AVG Performance . Once the installation gets completed, restart your device.
