Lack of Clarity on "My Account" subscription information

I have just (today) signed up for a 3 x year subscription for your advanced protection plan and on logging in to "my account" note that there are now TWO (2) current subscriptions appearing.
The first (top one) a reflection of the "just ordered" 3 x year subscription, and the 2nd (lower item) indicating that an existing "current" subscription is scheduled for renewal on 20/3/2020 (just 2 months away).

I can naturally "unsubscribe" to the latter one, but am concerned that if I don't, I will be automatically re-billed again in 2 months time.   This isn't acceptable.
Please explain and advise what action is required to ensure I'm not doubled charged for the same service subscription.

SECONDLY
As soon as my application for 3 x year subscription was paid (by Visa), my system went into, what appeared to be a review process, but there doesn't appear to have been any action taken, at least any that required any input from me.
The impact of this is unclear (to me), and I don't know whether or not I've actually received any benefit and if something additional needs to be done (at my end), the instructions aren't clear (to me).
Please advise.

THIRDLY
In browsing the options for cleaning up my system, which I assumed (possibly naively) that my 3 x year new subscription would provide, I have checked the available benefit of this option to find out that a further subscription appears to be required otherwise no utility of the clean up function is available.
While I may well have misinterpreted what benefit my signing up for a 3 x year subscription should have entitled me to, I don't appreciate what appears (on the face of it) to be a linked "upsell" for a further product on top of what I believed I had already subscribed for.

Please explain.
