Why is there no option to email directly AVG? My subscription ends 12 DEC 25 but they have direct debt me 07 Nov 25.
I am trying to find out why that was done. It is an unacceptable business practice.
Can anyone advise me?
I know, this lack of direct support pisses me off big time!
Same with me . I received an email on Oct 2nd , 2025 advising renewal on Dec 6th at $ 123.99 including VAT ( TAX ) On Nov 1st another email advising I had renewed , Nov 1st at $ 140.11 PLUS TAX .
Unable to reach these crooks . I am an 86 year old senior . I will NEVER RENEW WITH THIS COMPANY - I plan to change my credit card .
