Lack of protection

I'm not protected!

Every time I boot my computer, AVG Internet Security FAILS to turn on protection against Hacker Attacks. And then the piece of junk program has the nerve to scold me for it not being turned.

For mercy sakes, fix this damned problem now!

Your disdain to your users is getting to be too much to endure. I am certain it will be your downfall… unless you finally listen up and start fixing things.

Fix your code. AVG Internet Security is SUPPOSED protect me from hacker attacks. If I have to turn it on, you haven't done your job. I'M PAYING YOU FOR THIS, MAKE IT WORK!

Restart the PC and reinstall the AVG to fix this issue.

I thought I addressed this problem yesterday after installing on a friends pc…lots of little glitches that I had to overcome when installing from basic avg to full protection. I told them, I never had so many problems…after an hour of tweaking everything, I got to work with out the password protection being off when restarted…Maybe I caught a new version of AVG full protection? …I answered yesterday in here that I had actually forgot to punch in my own activation code weeks ago and corrected that…It seemed to fix my password problem…Today, turned on PC…same problem…"password protection off". .I agree that there should be a software update for the fix, I don't want to go uninstalling things and reinstalling. I know from my experience with other antivirus products how that goes.Nothing is completely cleaned up when uninstalling products like Norton and McAfee…It takes a few runs and time consuming as mentioned, come on AVG step it up and get that software update to help others out. I feel bad now for my friend, they probably are thinking, not going to listen to him anymore…LOL and they live in another town, so I will have to return to fix…thats not right.

Greetings,
