Lack of response from AVG

I see that you have initiated the order for AVG Ultimate - unlimited devices 12 Months product on 30th December 2017.
Since there is a synchronization issue, the order is not yet completed, hence you didn't receive any email confirmation.

   has anyone ever had a response from AVG? I have purchased a product, received a confirmation but no license and lack of acknowledgment of my complaining or help to resolve the issue. No products at all are listed in my history despite having used 2 previously. Not very encouraging for a supposedly supplier of security reassurance?         Regards, Len Wheat
