Does AVG customer support actually exist? I have been trying to use the AVG Contact facility for several weeks - but nothing happens. I try to start a chat and the form keeps saying "Please fill in all fields", when they are already filled in. I have now resorted to ghastly Facebook to raise my question about a duplicate subscription (for which I have paid for a couple of years) that won't go away and keeps resurrecting itself every time I unsubscribe, each time telling me payment will be taken on July 2. Add to this the constant barrage of fear-based advertising, telling me my security is inadequate, when I'm paying AVG a lot to provide it, and I am close to ditching AVG and going elsewhere. And I speak as a customer who has been loyal for many many years.
