I see that you have initiated the order for AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices 12 Months and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices 12 Months products but there is synchronization issue, hence the order is not yet completed.
To fix the issue, I have forwarded the case to concern team but this will take time.

Once the issue is fixed, you will be able to view the products under AVG my account and activate the product.
I bought 2 avg products 15 ago and they do not yet appear in my subscriptions and therefore I can not use it. I need a quick solution and they give me back the money.
