you are asking me to tell you about my experience with Subhashri, well I cannot give an answer because I have not had a responsw?. I have had a response from Nisha, however asking the same questions.

my concern is that my bank accounts have been hacked and I was of the believe that BreachGuard would stop that. I replied that although, receiving advise that the subscription would be automatically be renewed and I did'nt need to do anything more, I found later that I needed to activate the product which I had not done. 
I found the accounts had been hacked when I tried to make a payment from them.
I have NO idea on how to do a requested screen shot.  
I just need an answer!!!
