Could you explain how did you end up in contacting "FOEXTA" support?
i HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY AVG AND COULDN'T GET MY ISSUES RESOLVED UNLESS I PAID FOEXTA FOR SUPPORT. I WAS A COSTUMER FOR 3 YEARS AND YES I WAS TALKED INTO THE 200 DOLLAR EXTRA SUPPORT BEFORE CLAMING MY PC HAD PROBLEMS. WHEN TOLD I WOULD NEED TO PURCHASE THAT AGAIN IT MADE ME ANGRY. i WILL NOT RENEW AND I WILL LET OTHERS KNOW WHAT KIND OF SCAM YOU HAVE TO GET MONEY FOR ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCT. VERY UNHAPPY WITH AVG.
