Laptop Crashed - How do I reclaim the product license?

We're glad to clarify this for you.
Upon checking our records, we can see that your subscription is currently being used on 4 devices.
The device count of your subscription will get automatically re-adjusted to the fact that one of the 4 devices are no functional. This will happen in the next 30 days.
After 30 days, if your AVG My Account still shows that your subscription is still being used on 4 devices, please get back to us.

I have a 10-subscription license for AVG Internet Security.  It is currently installed on 4 devices, one of which is my wife's old laptop.  Her old laptop will no longer boot.  How do I release the license for that laptop back into the pool to be used by other machines?
