Avgkbd.sys is the problem, it was not there before. Could it be somehing to do wih AVG protecting me from the virtual keyboard i use sometimes for online banking?

My laptop keyboard suddenly stopped working. There is a driver from AVG listed in device manager which also shows that this keyboard is running on an "RF Controller" which is nonsense as there is no RF on this laptop.
Do I need to delete AVG to get my keyboard working again?
Keyboard works fine in the BIOS, stops when WIndows loads, presumably because of this odd AVG driver.
Any ideas anyone?

How can you uninstall the driver without the keyboard recognized?
I cannot do anything … nether recognize the padmouse
The only button working it is the power button.
I am writing this since ubuntu … but when I choose starting windows … keyboard does not work

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Do you have AVG Antivirus free and AVG Driver Updater installed on your PC?
