Laptop problems

Hi ,
  my Laptop is really slow and i often have programmes that dont respond , i am fully up to date with AVG and tune up but it still happens , also I have lost wifi between Laptop and printer , my broadband is fine and has good speed, i need your advice please

If the laptop is slow even after Reverting the Changes, please reboot in Safe Mode and check the laptop's performance once. To reboot in Safe Mode, please check this article : http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reboot-your-computer-into-Safe-Mode

I also suggest you to change the firewall network profile from "Public" to "Private" and check if that fixes the issue with your Printer. To change this settings, please open the AVG Internet Security and click on Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Network profile.

Also, please Enable all the System Rules under Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Policies.
