I can understand your concern. I am sorry to inform that there is no such option/settings from AVG to allow a large file copying to external drive. However, you can normally copy the large files to an external driver from your computer without any problem.

Are there some settings in AVG which can be changed to allow large file copying from a hard drive to say an external drive or USB?
