Large red letters saying that my AVG is out of date when it's not

Can you remove the large red letters posted on my AVG window that says my AVG is out of date? A year ago I purchased a special program that allowed me to call a tech anytime for any type of problem, or help to install a printer, etc. The cost for such was a whopping $200 (199.00) and I used the tech call centre maybe 4 times, and I realized later that I have always purchased the Ultimate AVG protection plan which supposedly allows me to have help from techs regarding  any anti-virus or computer problems that can be performed by AVG.  At the time I purchased the extra package, I was promised an extended Ultimate package which I seem to have received until November this year, as I found this date saying I was covered until then. But in the AVG zen window, it showed that I had to start the protection again because spies and malware could get into my computer, and across the front window of my AVG, it read in large red letters my AVG was out of date.  Of course these terms I read were very troubling - also told me I had to restart my computer, which I did on my own because by clicking on the restart in Zen, it didn't do a anything.  It seems like all the warnings I'm getting are just leading me to order a new package and charge me again.  I have been an AVG loyal customer for many many years now, and never had such stuff happen before the last couple of years, it's like there isn't a real person to talk to about things that shouldn't be pushing people to buy more coverage when they are already covered. Can you remove the scary announcement that my computer is not secure or out of date when it's not - I want to feel I'm covered and not have to worry about whether AVG is, or is not, covering me.
